Thabit Abdullahi Hassan Raabi, a top student in the recently concluded high school examinations, was killed in Friday’s deadly terror attack in Kismayo.
Raabi was killed in an incident that also caused the death of his uncle, Shafi’i Raabi Kahin, the local Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce.
Yesterday, Al-Shabaab militants carried out a deadly suicide bombing attack outside a mosque in Jubbaland’s administrative capital of Kismayo.
Raabi was ranked 22 in the list of the top 100 high school students in this year’s exams.
