Justice Minister Promises Justice to Family of Siblings Killed in Mogadishu

Abdulkadir Mohamed Nur, the Minister of Justice, has promised justice to the family and friends of two siblings who were shot to death in Mogadishu on Thursday.

Nur was speaking on December 3 a day after the bodies of Zaki Mohamud and Zowda Mohamud were found at Dabka Junction in the capital city.

Officers from the Somali Police Force (SPF) have already identified the car that carried the criminals who shot the siblings.

According to the police officers, the car was painted in military colors.

Preliminary investigations by the officers indicate that the occupants of the car opened fire apparently to clear the traffic jam.

Afterward, the car with the armed occupants fled from the scene of the crime.

The justice minister assured members the public that no stone would be left unturned until the perpetrators of this heinous crime are behind bars.
