Kenyatta and Farmaajo Attend IGAD Meeting in Djibouti to Discuss Kenya-Somalia Differences

President Uhuru Kenyatta and President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo of Kenya and Somalia met in Djibouti to discuss the differences between their two nations.

Kenyatta and Farmaajo met during the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD), which held its 38th Extra Ordinary Session.

During the meeting, the two leaders discussed the ongoing diplomatic spat between their two nations.

Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok of Sudan chaired the extra ordinary session.

Sources claimed that Kenyatta and Farmaajo had a tense discussion, which Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed of Ethiopia and President Ismail Omar Guelleh of Djibouti helped to navigate.
