Over 1,000 needy Somali families in the Sool and Sanaag regions received a donation of food baskets from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) over the weekend.
The 1,390 food baskets will benefit 8,340 individuals in the two regions.
The donation is part of an initiative known as Ramadan Food Baskets Distribution Project, which seeks to supply over 390,000 food baskets to more than 2.3 million individuals in 27 countries around the world.
