The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) is to equip 28 health facilities in Somalia with solar-powered oxygen concentrators.
KSRelief announced this on Friday.
According to the Saudi Arabia organization, the move will only be possible in conjunction with the federal Ministry of Health.
With the help of the ministry, KSRelief will settle on health facilities in 10 districts with a higher prevalence of pneumonia and severe drought.
Through this project, the facilities will also get 90 oxygen cylinders.
Additionally, they will receive 15 baby incubators as well as four ambulances to help with health emergencies.
