Catriona Laing will brief the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) on the latest developments in Somalia.
Laing, the Special Representative of the Secretary-General (SRSG) of the UN, will brief the UNSC on Monday, 6pm Mogadishu time.
The SRSG will focus on specific issues. She is likely to focus on the diplomatic row between Somalia and Ethiopia. Laing will also dwell on the ongoing offensives against Al-Shabaab.
