A magnitude 4.7 earthquake hit northeastern Somalia on Saturday.
The earthquake was recorded in Alula, a town located in the northeastern region of Bari.
Authorities said that the earthquake measured magnitude 4.7 on the Richter scale.
The United States Geological Survey (USGS) released reports on the earthquake.
As yet, there are no reports on casualties or destruction of property.
A similar phenomenon was reported in Kenya too.
