Management of one of the top universities in Mogadishu held a virtual meeting with the leadership of a United States university.
The discussions between the management of Mogadishu’s SIMAD University and the leadership of South Central College in the US took place virtually on Friday, June 23.
The representative of the two institutions discussed wide-ranging issues.
Top on their list of discussions was the need to identify and pursue cooperation and partnership in different areas.
To this end, they agreed to form a committee comprising members from the two universities.
The committee would be responsible for meeting and working on the details of the engagement and partnership between SIMAD and South College universities.
