The members of the newly formed National Media Council (NMC) of Somalia have been named.
Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre led the Council of Cabinet in approving the members of the council.
They include Abdirahman Mohamed Koronto, Muna Omar Hassan, and Hinda Dahir Jama.
Others are Yusuf Hassan Mursal, Fatima Yusuf Said, Ahmed Mohamed Abdi, and Mohamed Abdullahi Koshin.
Abdulkadir Osman Abdislam and Mohamed Shiil Hassan Shiil also make up membership of the 9-member council.
