Residents of Daru Nimca in Middle Shabelle are in great fear after heavy fighting broke out in the area.
According to sources, the fighting is between the military and Al-Shabaab terrorists.
The fighting started when Al-Shabaab militants attacked a military base in the region on Tuesday morning.
There have been reports of casualties from both sides.
None of the agencies of the federal government are yet to comment on the deadly fighting that rocked Middle Shabelle earlier in the day.
