A Mogadishu court has concluded a case against foreigners who had been accused of illegally fishing in the country’s waters.
Thirty-six foreigners appeared before Benadir Regional Court.
The court concluded the case on Sunday.
It concluded today because the foreigners, who are from different nationalities, had appealed the previous sentence imposed on them.
The court is now expected to deliver its decision after weighing the evidence presented by the Office of the Attorney General.
