The federal Ministry of Health has donated several supplies to Puntland.
The national ministry handed over the supplies to the regional Ministry of Health on Monday to help local residents.
During the handing-over ceremony, regional officials commended Mogadishu for the supplies.
National officials added that the supplies would help to treat civilians who have been injured in the ongoing clashes in the region.
Several people have suffered injuries in the recent mortar shelling in Las Anod.
