All the main roads in Mogadishu have been closed in preparation for elections that are to take place on February 21.
Residents of the nation’s capital woke up on Monday to discover that the roads were unusable.
Apparently, the closure is necessitated by the elections for the House of the People (Lower House) in Mogadishu.
Authorities never allowed anyone to walk past the roads.
Further, authorities also closed the road leading to Wabera District and running through Hamar Jajab and Hamar Weyne.
