Mayor Hussein Jimale Madaale of Mogadishu issued this assurance to representatives of persons with special needs.
They visited him at his office on Monday, November 14.
When they visited Mayor Maadale, the persons with special needs briefed him on the challenges facing them around the city.
They also discussed the best ways for Mogadishu to support them.
