The General Manager of the Somali Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA), Ahmed Moallim Hassan, along with other government officials, attended the inauguration ceremony of a new Faculty of Civil Aviation at Mogadishu University.
The new faculty was launched at a colorful ceremony held at the university on Wednesday.
This event marks a significant milestone in advancing aviation education in Somalia, reflecting the country’s commitment to enhancing its civil aviation sector through higher education and professional training.
The new faculty aims to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to support the growing aviation industry in Somalia.
SCAA GM commended the agency for working closely with the university to launch the faculty.
