A woman who was burned to death by her husband in Mogadishu will be laid to rest on Friday.
The family of the late Lul Abdiasis announced that they would bury her in the nation’s capital a month after her death.
She died in hospital while receiving treatment for injuries caused when her husband burned her.
Her husband was later arrested after a few days of hiding from authorities.
This week, the Benadir Regional Court sentenced him to death after finding him guilty of committing murder.
