Several small businesses in Mogadishu have benefited from free microfinance services provided by Salaam Somali Bank (SSB).
The privately-owned bank disbursed funds to small traders in the nation’s capital on February 23.
SSB disbursed the finances on February 23.
The beneficiaries, who included women traders, expressed gratitude to the management and staff of the bank for the microfinance assistance.
SSB is currently providing microfinance services to enable small business traders to play a crucial role in boosting Somalia’s economy.
The traders received support at the bank’s headquarters in Bakaro.
