The main suspect in the murder of Mohamed Ahmed Farah was extradited from Kenya and handed over to Puntland Police.
Mohamed Omar Isse is now in the custody of Puntland authorities after Somali police handed him over on Wednesday.
Isse is alleged to have committed the offense on May 17 this year before fleeing to Kenya.
Kenyan authorities then arrested and extradited him back to Somalia.
He will now have his day in court to answer the murder charges that are likely to be filed against him in Puntland.
