NAFIS Network has donated hand-washing soaps to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Hargeisa, Somaliland.
The soaps are designed to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the region.
World Health Organization (WHO) and the Ministry of Health Development recommend regular washing as one of the measures for curbing the spread of the virulent disease.
NASIF Network stated that it has distributed the soaps to over 10,800 families in IDP camps in the capital of Somaliland.
The organization made the donation with the support of Kindernothlife.
