The new Cuban Ambassador to Somalia has presented his credentials.
Ambassador Juan Manuel Rodriguez presented his credentials to Abshir Jama Omar Huruse on Monday.
Huruse, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, welcomed Amb. Rodriguez to the country.
The Cuban Ambassador reiterated his excitement at the welcome accorded him in Somalia and promised to work to improve relations between the two countries.
