The new Somali Ambassador to Pakistan started his official duties from his Islamabad office on Friday in a ceremony attended by embassy officials as well as Somalis from all walks of life.
Amb. Sheikh Nur Mohamed Hassan was warmly received in Islamabad as he commenced his diplomatic mission.
The event saw the participation of embassy officials, Somali students, and community members, reflecting a strong commitment to deepening Somalia-Pakistan relations.
This appointment is expected to strengthen bilateral ties in areas such as trade, education, and cultural exchange, further solidifying the partnership between the two nations.
