A new batch of Somali Police Force (SPF) officers have graduated from the training that they underwent in Djibouti.
General Abdi Hassan Mohamed Hijar, the Somali Police Chief, supervised the graduation ceremony and completion of the training.
Their training ended on December 9.
The officers were in their official regalia during Thursday’s function.
Gen. Hijar commended them for the excellent training they have received. He also praised them for the discipline demonstrated during the training period.
The officers now return to Somalia where they will be deployed to different parts of the country to maintain law and order.
