The new Swedish Ambassador to Somalia presented his credentials to President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.
President Mohamud welcomed Ambassador Joacim Waern on Wednesday.
Amb. Waern was at Villa Somalia to present his credentials and relay the message from the Swedish government to President Mohamud.
The Somali President wished him success in Somalia.
He also expressed hope that Amb. Waern’s tenure would help to strengthen the relations between Somalia and Sweden.
