Nine Somali evacuees from war-torn Sudan have arrived in Mogadishu.
Mariam Yassin, the Special Presidential Envoy for Migrants, Returnees, and Children’s Rights, welcomed them.
Yassin led a delegation from the government in welcoming the evacuees at Aden Adde International Airport.
They arrived on Sunday.
The government has thus far evacuated over 2,000 Somalis from Sudan.
