The National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) held a meeting with Hormuud Telecom officials to discuss the recent raid at the company’s offices in Mogadishu.
NISA deployed some of its senior officers to attend the meeting with Hormuud representatives on Wednesday.
Sources at the meeting confirmed that they agreed to work together closely for the sake of public interests.
Afterward, NISA deleted a recent statement in which it accused Hormuud of closeness with Al-Shabaab terrorist group.
