A local non-governmental organization (NGO) has set up Complaint and Feedback Mechanism (CFM) desks in 15 internally displaced persons (IDP) camps in Somalia.
The NGO, NoFYL, collaborated with Somalia Humanitarian Fund (SHF) to acquire funding for sourcing, delivering, and setting up the desks.
Through the CFM desks, IDPs now have avenues they can use to share their experiences and concerns with professionals.
NoFYL has already identified personnel who would be stationed at the desks to handle any complaint or feedback from the IDPs.
Afterward, NoFYL would then coordinate fast and appropriate response with its partners to ensure that IDPs receive timely solutions and interventions for their problems.
