An official from Somalia’s Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism has visited the London offices of Somali National TV (SNTV).
Abdullahi Hayir Du’ale, a Director-General in the information ministry, visited the SNTV offices on December 19.
The DG is on a working visit to London.
He held discussions with the directors, managing editors, and staff at the SNTV offices.
DG Du’ale confirmed making the visit and added that the operations at the SNTV offices were proceeding well.
Furthermore, he added that the government plans to set up a Data Storage Center at the Mogadishu offices of the national broadcaster.
