One civilian was killed on Tuesday, April 26 in Mogadishu when police opened fire at a public transportation van.
The civilian was in the van together with other passengers when police opened fire.
He died on the spot while another four passengers were injured and taken to hospital for treatment.
The incident took place in the morning along Sinka Dheer Road, which is just outside the nation’s capital.
It’s not clear why the police opened fire on the van.
