One person was killed during the most recent attack by Al-Shabaab in northern Kenya, authorities have confirmed.
According to the authorities, suspected members of the Al-Qaeda linked group attacked an ambulance in northern Kenya.
They sprayed the ambulance with bullets as it transported a pregnant woman to hospital on the night of December 29.
Several other people were injured in Tuesday’s attack.
Reports indicate that the incident took place in Dabacity, an area located deep in Mandera County.
The vehicle was then torched as the militants escaped from the scene of crime.
