One person was killed in an explosion at a Lower Shabelle African Union Transition Mission in Somalia (ATMIS) camp.
Sources confirmed that the incident took place on Wednesday at Qoryoley town.
As of the time of going to press, the source and cause of the explosion remained unknown.
Two security officials were injured in the explosion and rushed to nearby health facility for medical treatment.
