Somalia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs conducted training for more than 20 Somali women interested in working as career diplomats.
The training took place at the foreign affairs ministry’s Diplomatic Institute in Mogadishu.
Ambassador Ahmed Awad, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, commended the trainees for their interest in the diplomatic circle.
He also expressed gratitude to the Director of the Diplomatic Institute for making the facility available for the training.
Further, Ambassador Awad also showered Yasir Baffo with praise for serving as the trainees’ first tutor in the ongoing training.
