The federal parliament has appointed a committee to investigate the recent clashes in Barawe.
House of the People (Lower House) Speaker Sheikh Adan Mohamed Nur Madobe announced the appointment of the committee on Saturday.
The committee will have 10 members.
They are to investigate the cashes that occurred between security forces in the region, which led to the deaths of several people.
