The second phase of the Joint Resilience Project (JRP) was launched in Dhusamareb on Monday, January 24.
World Food Programme (WFP) launched the project jointly with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).
Representatives of the health ministries in the federal and regional governments attended the launching ceremony too.
KfW Development Bank provides funding for the project that is designed to increase their resilience to economic and climate shocks.
