The Transitional Puntland Electoral Commission (TPEC) announced the winner of the bid for supply of the Voter Registration System (VRS).
On November 23, TPEC announced that PIITECH had won the tender.
Consequently, in line with Puntland’s law, PIITECH is expected to deliver the materials and equipment within the next 60 days.
TPEC tried to make the tender process as efficient and transparent as possible.
It invited InterPeace and SAHAN to take part in the evaluation process while PUNSAA and the Danish Embassy in Somalia witnessed it.
