Gamal H. Hassan, the Minister of Planning, Investment, and Economic Development, is to be the keynote speaker at this month’s Mogadishu Tech Summit (MTS) 2021.
The three-day tech summit kicks off from December 7-9.
Organizers of the MTS2021 have already expressed their pleasure at having Hassan present to deliver the keynote speech.
Abdihakim Ainte and Khadar Ismail are the two conveners of the MTS2021.
They first held the summit in 2018.
Over the years, Ainte and Ismail have helped to raise more than US$6 million from local banks to support tech startups in Somalia.
