The Ministry of Planning, Investment, and Economic Development hosted the second Foreign Investors Annual Dinner in Mogadishu on December 12.
The event takes place annually.
The first Foreign Investors Annual Dinner took place in 2020.
Ambassador Gamal M. Hassan, the planning minister, attended the dinner where he also gave the keynote speech.
The purpose of the event is to not only appreciate but also listen to and connect with foreign investors in the country.
This year’s event attracted ministers from the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS), diplomats, and representatives from the business community.
