President Said Abdullahi Deni of Puntland supervised the ongoing secondary school exams that are taking place despite the existing COVID-19 fears.
On Saturday, Deni visited Omar Samatar School, which is located in Puntland’s capital of Galkayo.
Over 16,000 secondary school students are sitting for their exams surrounded by the dark clouds of the novel coronavirus.
Deni reminded the students to put their best foot forward since the government has put safety measures in place to curb the spread of COVID-19 in schools as exams proceed.
