President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has assured his Turkish counterpart of the support and solidarity of the people and government of Somalia.
President Mohamud spoke on the phone with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey on November 17.
The Somali President conveyed his condolences to Turkey over the recent deadly terror attacks in Istanbul.
A statement from Villa Somalia shows that President Mohamud assured President Erdogan that Somalia supports and stands in solidarity with Turkey.
