President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud of Somalia joined other leaders at the inauguration ceremony of the new President of Kenya.
The Somali President and other world leaders were at the swearing-in ceremony of President Dr. William Samoei Ruto.
President Ruto’s inauguration took place in Nairobi on Tuesday, September 13.
Apart from President Mohamud, other leaders at the function included President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda and President Paul Kagame of Rwanda.
A message from Villa Somalia stated that President Mohamud was honored to attend the event.
