President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud says that Ethiopia and Somalia are capable of developing a mutually beneficial trade relationship.
The President, who was speaking at the inauguration ceremony of Puntland’s President Said Abdullahi Deni, called for improved ties between the two nations.
He stated that once relations improve then Ethiopia would be free to use Somalia’s seaports for its imports and exports.
Without such ties, President Mohamud warned that Ethiopia should not expect or dream of getting even single inch of Somalia territory.
