Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre has made new ministerial appointments.
The Prime Minister appointed several individuals to take over the running of a number of federal ministries.
They include Ali Yusuf Ali who becomes the new Minister of Interior.
Apart from Ali, Ahmed Mohamed Fiqi will also serve as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
Abdullahi Sheikh Ismail Fartag becomes the Minister of Internal Security while Abdullahi Bidhan Warsame is to be in charge of the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources.
Mohamed Adan Moalim and Ahmed Omar Mohamed are to serve as the Minister of Telecommunications and Technology and State Minister of Environment and Climate Change respectively.
