Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble has left Somalia for an official visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Roble left the country on Thursday, May 19.
He travels to the UAE to deliver condolences from the government and people of Somalia following the death of President Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Bin Zayed Al Nahyan passed away last week aged 73 years.
The UAE has already elected a new President to take over from the deceased.
Roble embarked on the travel on the same day that Somalia released the $9.6 million it seized from the UAE back in 2018.
