Deputy Prime Minister, is from Somaliland, Hargeisa. In 2009, he was a member of the Somaliland Election Commission and served as legal advisor Operation Director of the Election Commission. Khadar has studied in Ethiopia where he earned his Master Degree in ‘Oil Protection Agreements’. He later became the Head of the Faculty of Law at the University of Hargeisa while doing his PhD at UN Peace University in Addis Ababa. Khadar plays important role among the MP and other FGS officials who hail from Somaliland.
