Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA) has appointed Prof. Mohamed Ahmed Mohamed Adale as its new Assistant Commissioner for Sustainable Solutions for Disaster Displaced Persons (DDPs).
SODMA Commissioner Mahamuud Moallim announced Prof. Adale’s appointment on Saturday.
Prof. Adale brings with him 20 years of experience in the humanitarian sector, having previously worked with the Somali Red Crescent.
His extensive background in addressing humanitarian needs and developing sustainable solutions will enhance the agency’s efforts in supporting displaced communities.
