Puntland Security Forces (SPF) carried out the military operation in the eastern highlands.
In the video, the bodies of militants killed in the operation are clearly visible.
Additionally, the footage also shows the security officers detonating vehicle-based improvised explosive device (VBIED).
It captures images of the bunkers and hideouts that the militants regularly use.
