Abdirashid Yusuf Jibril, the Speaker of Puntland’s Regional Parliament, said this on Wednesday, June 15.
In his address to Somalia’s President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, Speaker Jibril asked the country’s new leader to recognize the role that Puntland can play.
Speaker Jibril was addressing parliamentarians while opening the Puntland parliament’s 50th session in Garowe.
