President Said Abdullahi Deni visited Garacad Seaport on Friday, September 10.
Deni’s visited the facility to inspect the progress of the different projects being undertaken to make it ready for operations.
While at the facility, he met with the representative of TTN Construction Group.
The construction group is responsible for upgrading the facility and ensuring that it’s ready to start operating as soon as possible.
President Deni promised that his government would put up offices at the seaport to bring services closer to people, investors, and traders.
According to President Deni, the project will benefit all Somalis.
