The Vice President of Puntland has called for improved security in the region.
Vice President Ahmed Karaash Osman made this call on Saturday, April 2 in the face of growing insecurity in Puntland.
He was speaking after chairing a regional meeting on security.
Karaash called upon security agents in the region to scale up their vigilance to ensure that local residents observe the holy month of Ramadhan in a secure environment.
