Qatar Charity has received the highest praise for its role in supporting vulnerable groups in Somalia.
The praise came from Bihi Egeh, the Somali Minister of Labour and Social Affairs on Friday.
Egeh commended Qatar Charity and called it a “key organization” in the implementation of humanitarian and development programs in Somalia.
Specifically, Egeh praised the support the organization accords to Somali orphans.
He termed such support a massive investment in critical human capital. Qatar Charity runs several programs in the East African nation.
