Qatar Investment Authority has received encouragement to increase their investments in Somalia.
Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre issued this call during his recent official visit to Qatar.
He paid a courtesy call to the organisation’s office in Doha.
While there, the Prime Minister held talks with Ebrahim Al-Mahmoud, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the authority.
They shared ideas on the transitions Somalia is currently undertaking in economic viability.
